The October meeting on Boilers and Steam Systems was held on the beautiful campus of Miami University. The campus was bustling with Homecoming activities in preparation for the game over the weekend. October is a great time to visit Miami University. The weather is cool and crisp with the campus covered in beautiful colors from the changing of the leaves.

The course taught by Dr. Greg Harrell, Ph.D., was informative as well as interesting. Ohio TAPPI was pleased that Dr. Harrell was available to teach the course for a 2^nd time (due to popular demand). The course participants took full advantage of Dr. Harrell’s vast knowledge and expertise on the subject. The course was laid out in sessions with breaks so participants could network or conduct business. A wonderful lunch, sponsored by Cinergy Solutions, was included.
